IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AMBITIOUS ABOUT AUTISM
We continue the conversation to broaden public understanding of autism. We’re raising this awareness because we’re committed to helping clothes live longer. For many autistic people, clothes are more than just clothes; they can help with sensory regulation, provide routine, be a source of comfort or a chance to fit in.
Visit our partner’s hub to support the clothing needs of autistic people and take the More Than Just Clothes pledge.
70% of autistic people think their lives would improve if others knew how important clothes were to them*. Unfortunately, the rules and expectations surrounding clothes and uniforms rarely cater for the individual needs of autistic people.
By telling the clothes stories of two autistic girls, Lani and Cozzie, we aim to shine a light on the life-changing role clothes can play in autistic lives. Understand how you can help accommodate the clothing needs of autistic people by taking the More Than Just Clothes pledge.
