How to Clean a Carpet
Vanish Carpet Care & Upholstery Vacuum Up Foam and Vanish Oxi Action Carpet & Upholstery Vacuum Up Powder makes cleaning your carpet at home easy, no matter how dirty! These powerful products will deodorize and freshen your carpet, as well as soften it thanks to our special formula with added conditioning ingredients.

Start by vacuuming the carpet and open the windows to allow the room to air.
Turn the bag upside down and pull of both sealing strips from the bottom. Hold the bag by the handle and shake to distribute the powder evenly across the carpet.
Work in powder with brush and allow to completely dry (approx. 20 mins).
Completely vacuum up dried powder. After use, reseal the bag using the adhesive tag.
Occasionally you may find light patches on your carpet after cleaning with Vanish Powder, as the powder binds to stain residues – but there’s no need to worry! Simply remove the residues with a soft brush and vacuum again.

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the can well and spray from an 80cm height over the area that needs treating.
Work in the foam using a colourfast clean brush or a clean damp mop/sponge. Leave for 2 hours, or until dry.
Simply vacuum the whole carpet thoroughly.
How to deep clean your carpet without a machine
You don’t need a specialist steam cleaner machine to give your carpet a deep clean. Vanish will do that job for you! How to spot clean a carpet

INSTRUCTIONS
Spray the product onto the stain area and rub in gently with a clean cloth.
Let it soak in for up to 5 minutes and then blot.
Blot the stains and remove excess product. If the stain is particularly tough or dried in, repeat steps 1 and 2.
How to clean a rug
How you clean your rug will depend on what it’s made of. To clean a rug made from carpet-like material simply use Vanish Carpet & Upholstery Gold Powder in exactly the same way as you would with a normal carpet!
If your rug is made of another, more delicate material, such as brocade or velvet, you’ll need to act more carefully. Start by hoovering the rug on both sides to get rid of dust and debris, then spot clean the rug using a mild mixture of soapy water.
